I'm super excited because I'm going to the gym with my hubby for the first time since I started my weight loss...but I don't know where to start. Does anybody have any advice on what would be a good first workout.
I've been doing Tae Bo and walking on my treadmill at home. I don't know if I should just get on the elliptical, join the 45min step class then follow up with the 15min abs class or do some cardio then try some weight machines.
PLEASE HELP!!!
