 I love this thread!!!! It is too funny!

As for the picking out the wedgie thing it actually doesn't bother me picking it out around people because I don't care. I guess it's because of all the years I spent doing it with my leotards in gymnastics because all of us in the gym had the same problem. At competitions it got to be a little more difficult because other people were around but we all developed our own ways of getting them out discretely, especially when we walked off an event because if you pick your wedgie in front of the judges you get points deducted. But now when I work out I have the problem of my panties falling down along with my yoga pants when I start running/speed walking. Sometimes I wonder if I should just try and squeeze myself into my old leos (that's leotard without the tard) and wear them under the work out clothes just to keep them from falling down. Haha Oh jeeze... :spin:

Neither my trainer or I wear undies. Don't ask me why we discussed that, we're silly.

The only time I have this problem is the glute trainer...and by then my butt is in the air, I'm kicking backwards and my boobs are squished, so the wedge isn't the biggest of my problems! Lol

Biking shorts

I wear mountain bike biking shorts. These are the ones that are not skin tight on the outside. They have a liner that fits like biking shorts but they have an outside layer that look like regular shorts.

Put me in the no underwear camp. My best, most comfortable workouts are when I go commando with the right pair of workout pants. I've tried every kind of underwear imaginable--bikinis, boy shorts, bicycle shorts, workout shorts, thongs, you name it. They all ride up on me and/or result in embarrassing panty lines. So it's no undies for me.

Incidentally, my favorite workout pants are the Lotus Capris from Athleta. I've tried a lot of different workout pants and none fit as well or are as flattering on me as these. They absolutely stay in place, no wedgies or riding up, and are perfectly comfortable without underwear. They also have great moisture-wicking properties and are the exact same color wet or dry (at least the black ones are, I haven't tried the other colors), which is very important for me because I sweat so much it looks like I've peed my pants if the sweat shows. Flop sweats are a badge of honor, but looking like you peed your pants is a whole other matter.

BlueToBlue, wow, they have cute (and great) things!

I've had that same problem a time or two, but never gave it much thought... I don't have a trainer, so I just picked out the widgie & went on my way (lol)

I would recommend trying some exercise shorts/pants that have those build in thingys!

Or try going comando & seeing if it works out
