January Run/Walk/Swim CHALLENGE
While yearly goals are great let's break it down to smaller chunks.

I am going to join you guys if you don't mind :) I walk every morning, so this will be good to keep me accountable as i have really slacked on it lately.

Welcome PUARPLEFIREFLY My mutts and I did 3.25 today since it was 5K day.....nothing special for times with having a cold and all the "sniffing" going on. Working a lot out of town this month so I will stick with last month's goal that I didn't hit....did have over 800 miles for the year though. 3.25/50 MILES |
