MTA +0.77 at the gym as weights wu/cd to push me over 150! :woohoo: |
I may not make my goal of 100 unless I do more than my morning walking program, so I am adding in some evening walking until the end of the month. I am determined!

Ultra runners (50 miles, 100 miles) often DONT use them because at that point you have to learn to maintain a pace and stomach some sort of real food. |
Ok I am slowly getting back into it after this cold. I still have a bit of a cough but when I am doing cardio it goes away and I can breathe. It's beautiful!

6.5 today BUT my hamstring popped during my 3rd interval and now I think I may be out for awhile. I was supposed to run a HM on Sunday. :(
