My daughter wants to buy the oxycise tape. And on there web site you can get level one, but then they also have level 2,3,4 and so forth for different positions. How many levels does it take to achieve the results you want?
Like every thing else I don't want to be buying a lot of videos. We have the full set of Tae-Bo and they are collecting dust.
Just Wondering

Hi Sandy. You can do all you want with just level 1 if you want. I started last April with only L1 and it worked great. That was all I had until Christmas when I told my son I wanted level 2 so he ordered me L2, 3, 4 and Buns & thighs. I have used each of them one time, then started on L2 and have been using it almsot exclusively with L1 mixed in a little bit. Maybe someday I'll get into doing, more, but it's just a matter of preference. Some people like variety, me I like routine. But do try it, it's great

Sometimes the Oxycise website offers specials. You might even find specials on QVC, although I haven't been there.

I would definitely recommend getting one tape. I own Level 1 and Level 2 and am very happy just with both of them. Having 2 at least gives me variety.

From what I understand of the program, all you need is 15 min. a day. Owning just one tape will give you that.

Overall - my recommendation would be to check the specials and at least buy one or two tapes before buying any more. Then, if you fall in love with the program, as many of us have, then determine future purchases.

Hope I've helped.

Barbg, thanks for the reply. I just didn't want to be throwing money out the door AGAIN. I got the book for bodyflex from the library, and we've been trying that a little, but everybody says that oxycise is a little easier. Thanks again.
