Diva 10-11-2008 08:41 AM

An hour on the Treadmill yesterday. Will most likely go again today. :)

clickchick 10-11-2008 09:22 AM

I'd like to post here but my exercise at this point is very, very minimal. I haven't exercised in years and I keep hitting the 'wall'. I do remember from years ago though, that it can be broken through and then stand back! :)

Currently I'm getting in a 20 minute mile on the treadmill and 5 minutes on the elliptical. Sucky I know, but I want to post here to keep me encouranged to get to those higher numbers.

I don't exercise as much as these ladies do, but every little bit helps. :)
Just keep doing it and we'll encourage each other.

supertink 10-11-2008 06:49 PM

I did 5 min of Pilates for abs, walked 3 miles, 60 minutes.

clickchick 10-11-2008 11:11 PM

Thanks for the encouragement supertink.

Today I did 1 mile (20 min) on the treadmill and 4 minutes on the elliptical. I can already tell after only a week that the treadmill is getting easier.

Tomorrow I'm going to attempt a little more speed and distance. :)

Dianeofnka 10-13-2008 08:15 PM

I discovered why I didn't have "it" the other day -- I was coming down with a cold! So after several days off (the longest layoff I've had since beginning in mid-August), I got back to the gym today: 45 minutes lower body weights.

Dianeofnka 10-15-2008 12:50 AM

30 min. HIIT on an elliptical.

I've been lax the past few days and my exercise has been nonexistent. :(

I need to jump back on the bandwagon.

katieonaplan 10-19-2008 05:34 PM

Hi everybody,

I'm new and think this would be a board to visit. I've been on and off the wagon with WW for years and have been back to exercising - although have been slipping from my "doing something everyday" plan to 3 times a week.

I love my YMCA and take their muscle conditioning class 3 times/week, cardio 1/week and spinning class/1 week. I want to get back to the once a week yoga class but it is early and I've been lazy.

Hubby is an avid runner (that will never be my thing) and he's doing the Disney world marathon in Jan. and is a life-time member of WW (yeah, I know). I've gone to WW for years and have never lost a substantial amount of weight because I half-heartedly follow it.

I'm looking forward to reading your posts and getting encouragement to keep up the physical exercise.
