I'd like to introduce myself...I just joined today and found everyone on a random search. I've just started my exercise and weight loss journey for the 'umpteenth' time, but with a wedding very near in my future I've decided that this is even more motivation.
I've purchase Tae Bo Amped and after a week, I can't say enough good things. I'm energized and can't wait for the next day to do it all over again. This is my first time using Tae Bo and I'm following the rotational workout calendar to get me going. For those of you who are using Tae Bo, do only do Tae Bo or do you add another activity into the mix? I'm just wondering if just Tae Bo as my morning workout will be enough with a balanced diet...not sure if I can fit anything else into my day other than the morning.
