Hi I just purchased the Ab Slide at Goodwill. It's the blue one that you place on the floor. The only thing is it didn't come with instructions on how to use it. I mean I'm sure it's pretty basic. I just wonder if anyone out there has one and would care to share if it came with more than one way to work it. Or how they recommend using it. Such as how many reps and what it is best to start out with.
