Default stomach pain when exercising

Those last two days I've been experiencing adominal pain or cramps when I exercise--walk fast at 4,0 or run at 6,0. They start in the first few minutes I start my workout and goes away after like about 30 minutes. What can cause this ?

Hey Katylin - I have the same problem. My stomach cramps right up if I start off doing any cardio too fast. I even had to make a pit stop on occasion while really pushing myself hiking or running, even biking. I have tried to research it but have only come up with mild IBS.
Seems it happens when the oxygen is low.
Only remedy for me is to slow down or ...a pit stop.

I've heard that it's caused by dehydration... I'll try to find some more information...

This has happened to me recently, too. I am running, everything is fine, then after about 20 minutes the cramping has started, drives me nuts for about 15 minutes, then goes away. I've never had this before I started running and it doesn't happen when I swim or do other cardio. Doesn't happen every time, either. I have wondered if it is related to dehydration as I have a lot of trouble with that.
