12 - 11 min running, 6000m (about 35 min) on the rowing machine, 10 minutes stretching

I'm not sure how much I worked out before this week. It was hit or miss. This will help keep me honest. :o I'd like to complete 600 minutes for the rest of the month.

July 14 - Upper body strength training (32 min)
July 15 - walk/jog 1.8 miles (40 min) --> 72
July 16 - Lower body ST (43 min) --> 115
July 17 - elliptical (30 min) --> 145
July 18 - Upper body ST (30 min) --> 175
July 19 - elliptical (35 min), walk/jog 1.8 miles (42 min) --> 252
July 20 - Rest
July 21 - Lower body ST (33 min), Treadmill 2 miles (36 min) --> 321
July 22 - Elliptical (35 min) --> 356
July 23 - Upper body ST (30) --> 386
July 24 - Rest

I think I probably missed some postings, but I've done at least 30 min of cardio a day, as well as some strength training, while I was traveling to be with family. i'm back home now (though I'm leaving on a business trip on Wednesday).

Today:

80 min strength training
15 min yoga
55 min elliptical
