Bootcamps for the Supersized?
So, I'm thinking about doing a bootcamp. (You know, one of those intensive programs where they kick your butt 2-3 times a week for a month or so?) But I'm concerned about (1) being the heaviest person there and more importantly (2) not being able to do the workouts. I mean, I know the point is that the workouts are supposed to be hard, but I am really not very well conditioned at this point. My stamina . . .well, it needs work! Then again, I keep thinking about the folks on Biggest Loser. These are some hefty folks but they are essentially doing a bootcamp.
I don't know. What do you think?
