What's better?

    What's better between taking a 20min. walk EACH day or taking a 1h bike ride each day?

  • I agree, you'll burn more calories riding the bike. Take into consideration which one you like to do better, you're more likely to stick to an activity you look forward to doing.

    If you're defining "better" as "will burn more calories" then yeah, the bike ride will be better.

  • You might burn more calories on the bike, unless when you ride the bike you spend a lot of time "coasting"

    I think which one is "better" depends on your goals and what you can stick to (no reason not to do some of each!)
