Workout Ideas for someone with quite a few health issues
Someone important to me is trying to lose weight but is having difficulty finding exercises that she can do right now...
She has a TERRIBLE back problem that she had to have surgery on (I forgot what it's called), her right knee is messed up because of an injury and she was unable to afford to have surgery on it, vertigo, arthritis, and a couple other problems....
I don't know if this matters or not, but she's also 54 year's old.
Also.... she doesn't really have the money to join a gym or go to the doctor or anything of the sort... So something like swimming or water aerobics... she won't be able to afford.
What are some easier workouts that she can do that will not put too much stress on her back or knee?
Also.. I would guess that she's about 100 pounds overweight, and the pain that she's having would probably be lessened considerably if she lost some weight and she would HOPEFULLY be able to work on those muscles and areas... What are some exercises she could do after she lost some weight too?
