Default Major Exercise Owie

I have this real ... crampy feeling in my hip to my calf... has anyone have this feeling before? I've worked out for like a year (before like a 5 month absence)... I'm doing a dancing/yoga regime + WATP...but it's settling in my knee when i do plies/squats and just painful when i move to the right... I've streched everything an it's still there (it feels like it needs to be cracked).

I don't want to stop excerising. any suggestions

Have you tried the foam roller? I SWEAR by it for my hips and knees. I have IT band issues and it's really helped a lot with that. I've been doing it for about 3ish weeks?

this is so strange. last year when i WATPed i never had this (not that i remember, anyway). now i've got headaches and this charley-horsey feeling. it could be that i've not excerised in a looooooong time.

Ooh. Foam roller-ing rocks. I think I first learned about it either here or on the diet blog.

Princess if you can afford it either see a good massage therapist or a chiroprator... Also some universities have sports specialists that could help you in this regards, if you're near a univ. it could be worth a check...
