  • Yikes - I went on vacation and lost all my mileage posts! I'll have to check out my log but I'm at roughly 50 miles. I didn't even get close to the mileage I hoped while on vacation, at least not that I tracked. I'm sure we walked several miles overall though! I will check out my log and update my mileage.
  • Ok, I think I have my miles all added up now and am at 51.7. Hoping to get more miles in this week!
  • I haven't really been around the last few days. I have been in a lot of pain and I don't really feel like chit chat when this kind of pain hits. I am doing much better. Today I am just taking it easy and trying to get house work done. I have been doing my exercising but I am not counting it to wards any goals because I have because I haven't been putting my all into it. Figured moving the body was better than not moving at all. Hopefully I will be all caught up tonight with housework and laundry and start the week fresh tomorrow with exercise. Haven't had to worry about eating to much because I don't feel like eating at all lol. Good news is the lungs are doing pretty good so I am off the dreaded Prednisone. Haven't taken the pain mead Percoset all day so hopefully tomorrow my head will be clear lol.

  • I'm up to 58 miles even! We were planning on going for a family walk this afternoon and just as we were finally ready the storm that was supposed to miss us decided to show up .... so we watched some mindless television and chased Johnny around the living room instead

  • 2 miles yesterday and 5 miles today so I'm at 58.7. I have also possibly lost my mind as I've decided to start training for a marathon.
  • 3.22 miles today! I'm going to try for more later!
  • 3 more miles today. I'm really going to have to figure out how to get longer runs done during the week and also if I can get them done in the morning. I leave for work at 6:30 a.m. (and don't run super fast - lol) so I would have to get up super early to get anything more than 3-4 miles done in the morning and still have time to get ready for work.
  • Another 3.2 miles for me! The weather has been pretty iffy so no real serious walking has been done but between the walks to/from work, a mile during work, and a few random trips to the store it's added up.
  • I got 5.25 miles yesterday and 2 miles this morning...
