Bowflex routines with compound exercises?
Hello Everyone,
I have a bowflex and I have their software. The software has about a billion exercises and when it makes routines for you it has you working the same muscles sometimes 2-3 times with lots of isolation exercises.... I'm suprised they don't include a few sets for your index finger....
Anyways, I was wondering if anyone can share a nice routine with an upper/lower body split that has fewer exercises/working more muscles/ that you have gotten good results from.
