Am/Pm callanetics-is it working for me?
 

I've done the am/pm callanetics 4 times now and from what i've read about other people's experiences with the 10/10 dvd most people ache the next day.I dont with the am/pm dvd.

I can remember years and years ago when i did the 10/10 video i couldnt walk for 2 days afterwards.:)

I know the am/pm dvd is 20 minutes shorter than the 10/10 but surely my muscles should be aching?
