I just started jogging if that's what you call it, it's a more like i walk for a little bit and than i jog, today was the first time i met my goal for myself as far as "I think i can jog from this point to that point without stopping. Here's the question i have, How long will it take for me to see some resault's,
Also will this help with belly fat? btw i follow the weight watcher's plan for abt 5yr's & in the first couple of yr's i lost 65pd's after that nothing.
I have been a walker for abt 2 yr's, here's the problem i have been stuck at this weight 147.5 (5'4)for almost 3 yr's i don't lose & my clothes still fit the same? Some day's in the summer i can walk anywhere's from 8 to 10 mile's, i love the outdoor's. In the winter i'm stuck inside most the time & walk on the treadmill, So is it possible that jogging might help ? My daughter is getting married next summer and i want to be in the best shape ever.
