1) Did the Crossfit Warm-up:
misc moving/stretching, then
10 OH squats (no weight)
10 GH Sit-ups
10 Back Extensions
10 Push-ups (subbed for pull-ups)
10 Dips (bench dips, I guess..modified for the weak, lol)
2) Did my normal lifting FBWO
I like the CF warm-up, and think I will do that on my lifting days, at least.
Heffalump, I had no idea there were such things as "easy yoga poses". I'm pretty sure any kind of yoga would kick my inflexible behind.




The gym doesn't seem to have a lot of the 65 cm ones. Never again will not having access to one stop me from my ab work!
