I sit in a cubical all day at work.
I have been thinking about getting an exercise band
to use while Im at my desk. Im typically antsy at my desk anyway... I figure 2 birds, one stone...
I haven't had the nerve to do it yet, I dont want to look crazy.
I often have to bring work back to my hotel room at night, and I told my coworkers about how I often get on the treadmill and walk while I do work. Now they love to IM me at night and be like "don't drop your laptop!" "How many miles have you done?" "How fast are you going?" etc. It's a funny joke, but I know they're just jealous that they can't combine exercise with work
