What did you accomplish last week and what are your goals for this week?
last week I did 3 hours of real target heart rate cardio (Step and Kickboxing) . 1 1/2 hours of weight training, 1.5 hours of yoga and 1hour of tai chi.
This week i hope to meet my goal of 4 hours of cardio, 2 hours of Weight training and 2 hours of yoga.
