Try a Google search for "Chair Aerobics" and you can find some suggestions. I know I've seen TV shows on before, late at night (who exercises at 2 am???), with chair aerobics aimed at the elderly or those with trouble walking in general.
Then there's strength training. There's weight lifting you can do with hand weights while seated. Obviously that won't strengthen the muscles in your legs, of course.
And stretching is good too. I haven't looked, but I'm sure there's stretching exercises for chairbound folks.
And finally, something in the water might work for you, depending on what you can do with the leg. You can get some great workouts in water.
