    thanks.. i'll try that on friday. usually i'm leaning back a little to target the muscles in my legs and pushing them more. will let you know how it works out.
  • Avoid cotton socks - use acrylic socks that wick moisture away from your feet. Make sure your shoes are professionally fit. If you still have problems see a podiatrist.
