    My motivating music of the month is Enter the Haggis. Music Box, their first track on Casualties of Retail totally gets me moving, and Minstrel Boy, one of the later tracks, puts pep in my step and gets me movin faster. Groovin down to bagpipes - nothin else like it.
  • I really enjoy Dee-lite, or any type of house music mix, it really helps me hang in there.

  • I have a few too many to list, but I could work out ALL DAy to "Like Its A Bad Thing" by Gary Allan...and "As the Crow Flies" too...I'm sorta hooked on "Low" by Flo-Rida too....much to my teen girls' dismay...LOL!
  • Lately I've liked Run by Pink Floyd hehe

    But I love alternative rock, oldies rock and a few rap songs, even though I hate rap - the beat can be very inspiring to keep going.
