    am: 40 minutes jump roping comp. with my 10 year old son. ( hot peppers... )

    pm: 60 minutes ice skating w/children at the rink.
  • 30 minutes on the elliptical
  • 30 min DDR
  • 40 minutes on the treadmill.
  • 30 minute
  • My goal for January is 1000 minutes,. Here's what I've done so far this month.

    Jan 1 Treadmill 25 minutes, Stationary bike 14 minutes, Eliptical 11 minutes

    Jan 5 Walked at mall 30 minutes
    Jan 6 Treadmill 30 minutes, Stationary bike 20 minutes, Eliptical 12 minutes

  • 1 Hour cardio.
  • Jan 7th
    Today I jumped with my Jumpsnap for 42 mins, also walked 45 mins.
  • 60 min stairclimber, may do some strength training tonight.
  • 31 minutes of the treadmill. Some was even jogging. :gasp:

  • 45 min strength training! Oh, I'm gonna FEEL this tomorrow...I worked superhard.
  • Sunday I did 30 min on the stationary bike.

    Yesterday I did 17 min. treadmill, 50 min. pilates & weight training and 15 min. speed walking. Thank goodness I got my workout in before getting a call that DH was in the emergency room (turned out he had a strangulated umbilical hernia and will be fine). Was up late and still have to clear my desk of all the work I "left standing" when I ran to the hospital.
    Still, I plan to get my hour of cardio in today, God willing!
    Sassy, Good to know the yaks will help to keep us moving this winter!
  • Oh, my goal for this month is 1400 minutes.
