Anywho, just did the 2 mile WATP's and some strength training on arms, abs and chest on the ball. :) Got me a new one! |
50 min elliptical. Have to do a 10 min walk later (in the rain, ugh) to pick up a rental car since my car broke down (why, oh WHY do cars always break down when you can't get an appointment to fix them until Monday?)

Saturday - walked 3.5 miles
Sunday - Walked approx 3-4 miles. :carrot: Kind of a light weekend, but I'm still recovering from all the squats, plies, dead lifts and step ups I did on Friday.... eeep! |
