HI everyone. I did sit ups last night for the first time in a while. I have recently gained a lot of weight in my lower abdomen and it feels different doing sit ups now, like I cannot feel it as much or am less confident about them.
This morning I felt pain in my neck which I know is not a good sign, and as I was doing the sit ups, I almost felt as if I was pulling up from my lower back, yet I do try to look solely up at the ceiling etc.
What is the right way? I'm not investing in a ball right now or any other equipment, just my floor and me. Help!
