I'm working out at a gym and I have found that the treadmill makes my foot ( the left one) go to sleep. It's very annoying and happens at about 25 to 30 minutes into the workout. Does anyone know what I can do to make it stop? My shoe isn't too tight and they are new shoes that fit well.
I have these same kinds of problems. Mine is that, according to my podiatrist, my feet are to small for my body. They just don't take the pressure well of walking a lot or even being on them a lot. I wear a size 2 kids tennis shoe. Causes all kinds of problems for me.
