I am always changing up the songs on my mp3 player-- which is a total must for me, I HAVE to have music when I exercise. I was wondering what other people like to listen to most when they work out. I like upbeat stuff-- obviously-- and stuff with a beat that I can walk in time to.
A couple of my fave songs... I listen to them pretty much every time I go walking!
"Where is the Love" -- The Black Eyed Peas
"Bleed American" -- Jimmy Eat World
"Lover I Don't Have to Love" -- Bright Eyes
"Beautiful Loser" -- Bob Seger
"Speeding Cars" -- Imogen Heap
i have a bunch on my ipod (about 40) that get shuffled thru...here a few
"animal" nickelback
"headsprung" LL cool J
"cuz i can" and trouble by P!nk
"thanks for the memories" fall out boys
"pump it" black eye peas
"pain" three days grace.
there's about another 30 i'm leaving out but i figured that's a bit of an idea..i like anything with hard pumping music that keeps me moving
I have to have music too! Sadly my MP3 player just died literally minutes ago. Oh well, i guess I have to get a new one tomorrow morning before I workout. I REFUSE to workout sans musica. Tried it before, made my workout seem like 5 hours!
LOL @ Kim Renee... not laughing at you, it just made me giggle a little to read your posts. How many times has every one of us has thought something was broken or dead just to realize we needed to plug it in, press reset, or change the batteries? hehe. Maybe I'm the only one.
no you are DEF not the only one. My bf and family joke that i must have a magnetic core because all technological things start malfunctioning around me!
If I am running inside on the treadmill, I will just throw a film in, but I do have a 'running playlist' for the iPod when I am outside. It starts with Labi Siffre's 'Something Inside So Strong' which I walk to warm up to Then it cycles through KT Tunstall, some Barenaked Ladies, Death Cab For Cutie, Bowling For Soup, Tom Cochrane... anything that keeps me moving forward!
