I do stretch a little, probably not enough.
My little guy is 3 so I usually do take him with me. If I didn't I think I would feel even more uncomfortable.

shyshy i thought of you this am...DH and i went walking up the mountain down the road from us (it has a paved path up and a dirt path) and at one point we passed two mom's with their babies in a stroller..they were pushing the stroller with one hand and then using a 3 lb wt to do shoulder presses, bicept curls etc..and then they switched...i thought that was brilliant...that would be perfect for you. Do you have any mom friends you hang out with that maybe you guys could meet up for walks together...it would definately be more fun to have an exercise buddy

well i don't have kids...so no...but i think it would be cool..if not too expensive. God way to meet others, get out and get exercise

I aactually talked to one of my girlfriends the other day who is overweight she just won't admit it,lol. I've been trying to get her to exercise with me.
Don't think I'm being rude to her we've known eachother for years and years. Well anyways I think I might slowly be getting throught to her. She's be a good exercise partner if I could get her off her booty.

I have all the walk away the pounds videos and I love them! There great for in the winter when you can't get outside. They are a little spendy to buy them all at once, but you can normally pick them up at a second hand store for only a few dollars!
