I'm cutting my goal from 100 to 75 this month because I'm going to take it easy the next week or two. I may do more than that, especially if the weather starts cooling off, but I have no idea. Coming down from my first half marathon, which I ran today -- woohoo!!
congrats to the half marathoners here! i'm registered for a 12K at the end of october, but not sure if i'll be ready by then... i need to start pushing myself more when i run, it's honestly just been leisurely jogs for the past month or two.
No Same goal as last month....OK I will add one more beer to my daily total

Well Angie and I did the short 1.25 mile walk to STARBUCKSthis morning with the dogs, then took the 2.25 long way home. This afternoon I did 2.5 on the treadmill for a total of 6 miles today.
i'm aiming for a goal of 70 miles for the month of september. I am training for a half-marathon for october currently as well, so hopefully i can just stick to the schedule.
Today i did 6 miles.
6/60 complete.
