Default Ran without a stroller

for the first time. I tell you, it was so much easier. I had no idea how much harder the stroller made it, or maybe it's just because I am a new runner. It was so nice to be able to have my arms free and I went so much farther. Please tell me there is some super great benefit to running with a stroller as opposed to without because I had the best time running today than since I began. (I did miss my baby though)

I'm not sure about the benefits of running with a stroller. But way to go on running farther!

Think of it this way, you had a lot of resistance having the stroller in front of you. That surely helped you get into decent running shape for sure! Keep it up!
