I'm thinking of starting the c25k - I've never been a runner, but want to "change up" my workout routine and this looks like a great challenge!
One question: I don't have easy access to an outdoor or indoor track, but I do have a treadmill at home. Is it possible to do the program on the treadmill? If so, what sppeds should I use for the "brisk walk" and the jogging/running?
Any advice or pointers would be greatly appreciated!
