My goal is to get up off my butt and do "something" everyday. Even if it's only 30 minutes of walking or a WATP's DVD. I am going to do something every single day. The way I see it, I eat everyday, why not get some physical activity too?...
Also, I think 45 minutes a day, 4 day's a week to get started is a wonderful plan. Good luck to ya! My problem is I push myself too hard and end up hurrting myself, thus making myself have to take a week or so off from exercise. I figure if I start off slow, like Walking or whatnot and ease myself into this, it'll be better. When the walking get's too easy, I'll make it harder or add more things...
