Hi - long time member, infrequent poster here. Just popped in to get some new motivation and saw your post. I've been doing yoga for about 3 years and I'd love to tell you whatever I can that will help. It's a great exercise for those who don't like/aren't ready for/can't do higher impact exercises, not to mention that it really helps the soul and mind to focus and be still. It will also give you a workout and stretch out your body. What specifically would you like to know?
eta it has definitely helped me with weight loss. It can be a cardio workout if you take it in that direction. It also makes me feel good which makes me more active, and it makes me craves less and healthier foods.
