Ok so I am conflicted! I want to sign up for a polercise course (you know, pole dancing and that) but it's £80 for the 6 week course! Now I think it would be REALLY fun but I also want to see results on my body! Has anyone done it before? Is it as effective as they say it is excercise wise? I'm already paying £20 a month for my gym membership and I'm but a lowly fast food worker! Is it worth my while? Please help! The course will be booked up soon so I have to decide with haste
My guess is that it would really depend on the course and the instructor. (Can you talk to her?) But I will say that pole work requires *really* strong legs and core muscles.
