I just did another 1.5 miles on the treadmill. :tread:

I haven't updated for a while. I've had quite a low mileage week, 4.2 on Sunday, just under 8 last night and just under 5 this morning. That takes me to 46.8/125, but I'm hoping to get a decent run in over the weekend.

Haven't posted an update lately, but I've been hitting the treadmill. I'm now 21.6/50. Feeling a little off the mark, but I've got a 5k coming on Saturday. My first one ever! I'm just walking, but it's a big change from sitting on the couch!
