I'm going to kill that target this month - I've got races adding up to 33.1 miles before the end of the month, so even if I hardly run during the week I should be fine.

This is my first posting on this site and my goal for the next 5 weeks is to make it thru the couch to 5K program and run a 5K in May. Tomorrow I start into week four and would really like to hear from other that are doing or have done this program. I would also like a couch to 5K buddy to go thru this with. My stats are:

Good evening all! I have been walking, walking, walking!

March Goal: 90 fitness miles
Miles completed: 52.38 miles
Miles remaining: 37.62 miles

I did 5 miles yesterday and 3.28 today. Planning on another 3-5 tomorrow as well!

18.8 miles this week plus some cycling

So far 46.1 for the month- I think I said 65 so on track to blow it away barring illness or injury

I did a 20 mile race yesterday to take me to 106.1/125. I've got a half marathon next weekend so I should make 125 easily. Today was a rest day so I went white water rafting instead.

exercise last week was spotty...but let's see

47.5 on March 8
March 10 + 4.5=52.
March 13+6.7=58.7
March 15+ 4.7=63.4
March 16+7.7=71.1
March 18=7.1=78.2

Just over 1/3 there but the month is half over. I will need to do some catch up days!
