There is another thread somewhere around here about Push...It won't be at the library because it is "customized" for you personally. If you have dumbbells, they will put in exercises with dumbbells, if you have a stability ball, they put that in. It has 2 strenght workouts (40 min. each) and 1 cardio workout (30 min.) each month. I have heard people say they don't like the cardio, but I really like it. Of course, I have never really done exercise videos before I started Push, so I'm not really an expert or anything.
