It's Friday so it was treadmill intervals. I still hate them, although I suppose it was nice to be inside and not out on icy pavements.
I'm dreading next Friday though, I'm going away for a short break, and the way it works best is to do my long run on the treadmill in the hotel gym where I'm staying on Friday night (the hotel on Saturday doesn't have a gym).



I ran 6k on Tuesday? I doubt I run tomorrow, the sidewalks are very thick with snow and the windchill will be -29C *shudder*
3 miles is still good
