So I'm interested in the whole hula hooping as a workout idea, but I can't get a clear idea of whether or not it would even work for someone my size. Anyone got a recommendation?
I once bought an ice weight hula hoop but just could not get the hang of it!! I was never very good at hula hooping as a kid, either. But I have seen videos where people get a good work out with hula hoops! Has anyone here tried it?
