From what I've seen you're supposed to be able to attach it to a door frame... At least the TRX... which is the one I looked at... But I wondered myself how well that would work...

I hop on the mini one all the time now... Just a few minutes here and there really does work up a little bit of a sweat and totally gives me a nice little burst of energy afterwards too... I love it!

A old aerobic step that I started back using. I also recently purchased a medicine ball.

While doing some spring cleaning I came across an old mini-stepper with handles that I bought when I tried to lose weight previously. I cleaned it up, brought it upstairs and I've been getting on it 10 minutes at a time throughout the day and during commercial breaks I'll get on it and go as fast as I can.

I wonder if these short bursts of exercise has increased my metabolism a little as well.

Great Question! I have been changing my routine within 6 to 8 weeks. This is my best plan on the daily exercise.
1. Don’t skip breakfast.
2. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.
3. Drink plenty of water. This maintain your perfect body.
4. Eat high-fibre foods. It gives you more vitamins.
5. Read food labels.
6. Don't stock junk food.
7. Plan your meals. Plan your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for the week, making sure you stick to your calorie allowance.

Try this plan for four to seven days.

Thank you .
