I don't know if anyone mentioned it, but DDR on the Wii uses the controller as well as the dance pad so you use your upper body as well.

While doing DDR for my PS2, I used light weights to work out my arms. Move around, get in there.

I just wanted to thank everyone for their advice! I bought Dance Dance Revolution X. It came WITH a dance pad for about $19.00. I've been playing every day now.

I'm competitive so it was a bit frustrating at first not being very proficient. Beginning mode was almost harder since the stepping felt too delayed. I've been playing on normal mode for songs and getting better bit by bit. I am having fun with this though! Thank you again.
