Default Your one at-home workout devise you can't live out

Okay, lets exclude hand weights and resistance bands and a HRM and a treadmill... just any obvious answers.

Medicine ball? The wave? Kettle balls? A certain video you can't live without? BOSU?

Whats your thing?

My yoga blocks. I never thought I would be able to do yoga poses, but my blocks make yoga so much more fun!

Closely followed by my fitness ball. I love doing weight and pilates and yoga routines on the ball!

Swiss ball. I do crunches and pikes and leg lifts and all kinds of things with the swiss ball when I work out at home.

My resistance band. That and a nice patch of floor to work with, and I'm all set!

EDIT: Sorry I just read what you said about resistance bands.... I guess I don't have much equipment except body weight - what I normally use. That and the beams on my balcony for rowing exercises.

Sports hoop! Groovin' my way to a happy, strong core (no crunches allowed!) with my hoop and my ipod .

Just my yoga mat . Goes with me everywhere (not every day; I mean, if I'm away from home at all).

I like doing 'the firm' dvd's I have 5 of them and even though they are older they keep me sweating. Of course I don't have the official box or weights but I make do and am starting to see results (again lol)

My hula hoop.. It may not be a serious workout or anything, but it motivates me to get off my behind. When I'm watching TV, I won't just veg out and sit there, I'll hula hoop... In fact, I'm looking to buy a weighted one so it gives me a better workout.
