Question Ascent Adjustable Magnetic Trainer

Does anyone know anything about this? I'm trying to keep my workout routine indoors during the cold season, and since I have a bike, I thought this might work.

My coworker recommended it to me, but I'm hesitant to use it on my "cruiser" (that is, I pedal-brake) bike... she said it should work, but still...

Any feedback? Thanks! (BTW, if I've posted this to the wrong section of the board, my apologies!)

I have a trainer for my bike but I thought that they were mostly for bikes with thinner tires (don't ask me why I thought that). I would contact the company or buy from place with a good return policy and ask them specifically about your type of bike.

I have a fluid trainer which is supposed to be fairly quiet. I've heard that magnetic trainers can be quite loud. Again, buy from a place with a good return policy.
