I'm sure you've seen these advertised on shopping channels.
My mum bought a lateral thugh trainer yesterday and i'm hoping to use it.
Does anyone know if they are any good?
Or just a way to con us out of money?
I've not heard very good things about it. I've read a lot of complaints about the quality of the gadget, such as parts breaking or cracking.
Maybe you can find one on ebay, so you won't invest much if it doesn't hold up?
Mine broke right out the box. I took it right back to the store. Don't bother!

I've had a lateral thigh trainer for a few years now, bought it off ebay. Its the only excercise stepper I can use coz I damaged my knee when I was 18 and it works great to strenthen my legs and with no pain....and you can certaily feel it after a few minutes.

I have a lateral thigh trainer (the one that was advertised on tv a few years back). It blows. I don't feel like I'm working out on it and I didn't notice any significant toning/weight loss or anything. I since sold it after 6 months of use.
