Bodydome? Bosu?

  • I was thinking of buying a Bosu for my home gym. I wanted something which I could stand on with both feet and do squats as well as other weight exercises. I also wanted something where I could do lunges and various ab work. The bodydome looks pretty high compared to the Bosu though.

Does any body have one? or both? or tried both?

    Advantages, Disadvantages?

I really like the Bosu but I'm willing to give the bodydome a shot if it is decent.
  • I've never used the Bodydome, I just Googled it and it doesn't look much different than the Bosu, which I use ALL the time at the gym and LOVE IT!! The Bodydome does have some bands attached to it from the pics I saw, which would give some variety...
  • I wanted to know the same thing, is the bosu worth the money? They look more stable then the regular balls, and I would like to get one for my Bday, but only if it worth the money. Tia cheryl

I think it is if you have a home gym and will use it...
  • I love Bosus. You can use either side of it, you can use it for all sorts of things. They aren't terribly expensive and don't take much space.
