Default Stuffed Chicken

This was one of those make it up as you go along recipes and the points value depends on the size of the chicken you are using, the brand and thickness of ham, and the type of cheese. When I made it, they worked out to 3pts per serving.

-spinach 1cup- finely chopped (I used my mini-food-processor)
-thin sliced lean ham 1/4package - chopped (I use the Maple Leaf stuff that comes in gladware)
-mozza cheese 1/4cup - finely shredded
-3 chicken breasts - sliced in half thru the thickness
*Mix the first 3 ingredients together. Spoon into the center of the chicken pieces. Roll up and hold together with a toothpick or 2. Bake @350 until done. If you have leftover filling it tastes yummy if it is spooned over the top of the chicken about 10minutes before its done*
