Delicious Chicken Divan
from the side of a campbells soup can (with adjustments)
Number of Servings: 4 Ingredients * 2 cups cubed cooked chicken * 3 cups hot cooked broccoli spears * 1 can Campbell's Low Fat Cream of Broccoli Soup. * 1/3 cup milk. * 1/2 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese * 3 tbsp bread crumbs * 1 tbsp melted margarine. Directions 1. Combine chicken with veggies in a shallow 2qt baking dish. 2. Stir in soup and milk. 3. Sprinkle with cheese, then crumb topping. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until bubbly hot. Number of Servings: 4 Nutritional Info Servings Per Recipe: 4 Amount Per Serving Calories: 325.8 Total Fat: 12.3 g Cholesterol: 72.4 mg Sodium: 762.9 mg Total Carbs: 24.7 g Dietary Fiber: 4.9 g Protein: 29.2 g fats would be lower using lowfat soup and lowfat cheese |
This Chicken Divan is the best I've ever had. The sauce is to die for. The first time I made it I was literally licking the pan, haha.
