Question Points for this Recipe

Here it is as I ran it again.... Thru M/C 6.0.
I am sorry if I am being a pain,
I just don't understand this.. And the package of Turkey Breast I used was 12 OZ... Not 16 OZ.

Cheeseburger Noodles

8 ounces Medium or Wide Egg Noodles, uncooked
1 pound extra lean ground turkey breast -- cooked and drained
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 14 1/2 oz can fat-free chicken broth
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup Fat Free Sour Cream
1 cup low fat chedder cheese -- shredded

Cook ground Turkey, Add onion powder, mix well. Heat large pot coated with
cooking spray. Add turkey and cook until browned all thru. Drain well.
Combine chicken broth, water, ketchup and add to pot. Bring to a boil;
stir in noodles, making sure it is covered by the liquid. Reduce heat,
cover, and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until noodles are done. Stir in sour
cream and cheese. Cook until thoroughly heated and mixture thickens, about
5 minutes.
(Do not boil.)

1/2 cup Fat Free Sour Cream- 2 pts

Total: 51 points (aprox. 9 pts. per serving)
